Product of the Month: Well designed Drinks Basket

This month finally start the Summer season and is the Szyszak or the Drinks Basket turn – cold drinks also!

Aleksandra Polek a young designer from The Academy of Fine Art in Kraków designed it especially for a beer lovers, but you can use it to different drinks. In her work the good craft meets new, well designed ideas and modern needs. Dr Irene Eris and a proved it and filled it with water during Golf Ladies’ World Cup.

The amazing thing about this product is that the basket have been woven by Grzegorz or Rafał, who has already gained the title of the masters of tradition despite of young age.

This basket has been designed to carry all kinds of bottles and is perfect for a picnic or shopping and it stands out for its strong willow weave that provides protection and guarantees safe transport. We know that Łukasz Łuczaj bought it for caring herbs and now uses it for his… laptop!

It is also easy to keep it clean in cases of liquid pouring. On the other hand, the basket is handy because its handle allows you to carry it comfortably, and the additional shoulder strap makes it easier to transport over longer distances.

When you order it, you can choose your favourite colour of the strap to make it different and personal.
