Basketry needles

These unusual needles are a result of the work of traditional basketry masters. They used to create by themselves tools to make the work easier. They revealed us their secrets and we gave them the final cut, combining the knowledge of several people.

Needles are an indispensable tool if you want to weave of straw, whether it is the sewing method (like our strawbowls), or the spiral-loop method (this is how strawballs are made). Having a needle will allow you to work independently with straw and to experiment on your own, if you have already met this material. If not – you can also buy our DVD to learn how to sew the straw.
