STORK backpack

STORK is a backpack from the new line of Serfenta.
It perfectly combines good, modern design and contemporary trends with tradition.
The designer Klaudia Kowalczyk (The Fine Arts Academy in Cracow) has added willow baskets to cotton sailing bags, very popular nowadays, and these fashionable weaves provide a stable basis and protection.

The baskets have been carefully woven of willow by a basketry master and in this combination gained a new, refreshed face. Available in two colours – bright orange and soft navy blue. Leather accessories beautifully combine the contemporary material with basketry work.

The new line of Serfenta consists of products from young Polish designers, which were created as part of the workshops and the exhibition “Weaves on the wave”, which combine modern design with basketry craft.

It has been woven by Marian, a willow master, perfect at his craft. By purchasing this product, you support local basket makers and help protect Polish craft.
